Dispersant TAMOL-N is an anionic surfactant with a wide range of applications. It can be found in various fields such as building materials, water treatment, and the papermaking industry. Dispersant TAMOL-N is a dispersant for manufacturing lake pigments, softener for reducing dyes, a leveling agent for textile dyeing, a softening aid in the leather industry, a water-reducing agent for cement concrete, and a stabilizer for latex in the synthetic rubber industry.

The specific working principle is:

①Dispersant for manufacturing lake pigments. As a dispersant, it can adsorb onto the surface of lake particles, charge the particles through its own hydrophilic groups, and prevent particle aggregation by utilizing the repulsive force of charges.

② Softener for reducing dyes. The naphthalene ring in its molecular structure has a certain degree of lubricity and can be adsorbed on the surface of fibers and dyes, reducing the frictional resistance between fibers.

③Leveling agent for textile dyeing. On the one hand, it can slow down the penetration rate of the dye into the interior of the fiber, giving the dye sufficient time to be evenly distributed on the fabric surface. On the other hand, the dispersion effect is used to prevent the agglomeration of dye particles, ensuring that the dye concentration remains uniform in the dye bath.

④ It is used as a softening agent in the leather industry. It can penetrate into the gaps between leather fibers and work in synergy with additives such as fatliquoring agents to weaken the binding force between leather fibers, making the fibers more prone to sliding.

⑤Water-reducing agent for cement concrete. Adsorbed on the surface of cement particles, it makes the cement particles negatively charged. Through the repulsive force of the charge, the cement particles are dispersed, releasing the free water wrapped between the particles.

⑥Stabilizers for latex in the synthetic rubber industry. It adsorbs on the surface of rubber latex particles to form a stable protective film, and at the same time, it prevents the latex particles from colliding and aggregating with each other through the effect of charge repulsion.
